I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were very clean and cozy with a queen bed and a clever layout that provided privacy. The service was top-notch, with helpful and quick assistance from all staff members. The location was excellent, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with great dining and shopping options. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious options. However, the pool area was a bit of a letdown, not as attractive as expected.
The hotel is nicely situated between 2 Metro stations in a wonderful neighborhood close to everything. The rooms were comfortable but could get warm at times. The service was exceptional, from the reception to the cleaning staff, making my 85th birthday celebration special with a small cake and a gift of alcohol. The location couldn't have been better in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, perfect for sightseeing and exploring. The dining options were excellent, although a bit pricey.
